Packaging

Double S Liquid Feed Services offers many varieties of packaging options.  From our warehouse in Danville, IL, we can either put together a custom formula to meet your company's specifications or offer products from our proven line.  Our packaging line offers the following options:

Gallon Pak  --  The Gallon Pak is a handy plastic container with an easy-off cap. It comes 4 to the case and is used for specialty products.

Minnie Pak  --  The Minnie Pak is a strong corrugated cardboard box 10" x 10" x 16", designed to hold 50 pounds of liquid contained in a durable plastic jug. It is easy to pick up, stores well, and is disposable. The mouth on the plastic jug is large, works effectively and has a special seal that prevents leakage.  The Minnie Pak gives you access to liquid feeds when your needs do not justify large bulk purchases. The Minnie Pak is easy to purchase, easy to handle and easy to apply.

Barrel Pak  --  The Barrel Pak is a 55 gallon barrel that holds up to 500 pounds of liquid feed. It is a low cost container. The liquid feed may be pumped out by hand or with an electric pump or gravity flowed. The Barrel Pak can be moved with a bag cart or a barrel cart.

Ton Pak  --  The Ton Pak is a sturdy poly tank designed to hold 2,000 pounds of liquid feed. It provides you the most efficient use of warehouse space and reduces material handling and labor cost. Attached to a standard 40" x 48" pallet, the "Ton Pak" is cost effective, rugged, durable, easy to fill, fully drainable with a protected valve, efficient, strong, (stackable 3 high when full), reliable, easy to clean, and re-useable.  Ask about our return policy on the empty Ton Pak.

Bulk --  These are poly storage tanks ranging in size from 500 gallons to 6,000 gallons. These are the most cost effective for having liquid feed delivered.  Double S can provide a tank to meet your needs or deliver product to your existing set-up.
